Morning – Get inspired
Consume content (your vision board, books, …) that inspires you to get to work. There’s nothing more motivating than knowing what you’re working towards.
Midday – Get outside
Hit the reset button by getting outside. A short walk will do wonders for your energy levels in the afternoon. If you can’t get outside, do a dance party, some jumping jacks – whatever you like – to get your body moving.
Evening – Get ready for the next day
- Review and update your calendar and to-do list for the next day.
- Tidy up your workspace.
- Write down 3 wins of the day.
- Write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
- Enjoy your evening!
